The document presented by Mr Yibelal Nigusse, and followed by a wide-ranging dialogue as participants from the university’s management council, community representatives, and the students’ union, shared various ideas.
The conversation included an analysis of our national situation and emphasized the need for continuous dialogue and sharing experiences on issues that are relevant and urgent for the future. It was highlighted that the university has a role to play in facilitating such discussions.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Kassa Shawael emphasized the importance of conducting scholarly research on current and internal issues. He also highlighted the need for collaboration through ongoing discussions to foster partnerships and develop solutions, rather than focusing on past grievances.
